Oct.16, 2008. We will have refreshments and door prizes
both Credit Union offices. This day is set
aside each year to reflect on the positive role credit
unions play in bringing people together so that they can achieve financial security for themselves and their
communities. As we celebrate, it’s a chance to say thank

Christmas Club Checks Will Not Be Mailed
Christmas Club Account balances will be
deposited to your savings account this year at
on November 1st, instead of being mailed to
you, as has been done in the past. Please check
your account on this date. This is less expense for the Credit Union, prevents the check from
getting lost in the mail, and can be accessed
with your debit card. You also have the ability
to transfer the funds to your checking account
at the Credit Union (if you don’t have one,
now is the time to open one) Happy shopping! |
 New Building Update
We are awaiting final construction bids, and final
permits from the State and City. This has taken longer
than anticipated, since our present location and the
adjacent lots are located in the flood plain. |

If you’ve missed Jessicah Dunn
when you’ve been in the Ark City office
lately, it’s because she just had a “baby
Taylen Renee, on Sept. 12th. Jessicah will
not be coming back to work, but Angie
Czaplinski has returned to work full time
in her place.
Another smiling face will be missed at the
Winfield office-- Anne Collins will be
moving out of state, and has been replaced
by Kathy Spoon. We welcome Kathy to our
staff.
